It has been an Uphill (a little down) Ride.

For the past week, ever since Student Leadership Training Camp (SLTC), I have been thinking about the words that Mr Leong said to me. It still haunts me everyday in a good way. It keeps me reminded of my motivations and my beliefs. When I say Redshirts has practically set my path for the next 10 years, it's no joke. I've grown towards running Redshirts to taking care of the kids. I know that they are the people I care about. I feel that looking at the juniors from a point of view of caring over mentoring/leading serves us to look at a much bigger picture much more sweeter.
